HarlanMD Shipping Policy

 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information is provided via email.

The shipping price is pulled in to our system directly from USPS based on shipping weight and distance from our warehouse to the delivery location with a $2 handling fee added to all shipping charges.

We offer free shipping with no handling fees for subscription purchases.

We currently do not ship to Canada, the UK or Europe. All international shipping prices are imported directly from USPS based on shipping weight and distance from our warehouse to the delivery location with a $2 handling fee added to all shipping charges.

We ship all orders ourselves, and typically ship orders at 10:00 AM PST, Monday through Friday. We typically ship orders within 24 hours of when the purchase is made, except in the following circumstances:

1) We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. If you place an order during these times, we will ship your order on the next available business day.

2) Sometimes issues arise that are out of our control. If this happens, we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Estimated shipping times are provided by USPS, and most importantly, are just that: estimated. We do not guarantee shipping times. 

 

If there is a courier issue with the shipped order, we will reship orders for free on a case by case basis. Free reshipments are up to our discretion and not guaranteed.
